Approach: Everything is formed and built from the ground up focused movement pattern training founded on the basics of linear, lateral and vertical movements with the correct mechanics needed to prevent injury and progress at any level .

Realize Athletics 6 principles of speed:will allow the athlete to gain strength,speed, explosiveness and awareness in the areas needed for an increased performance without having to lift a weight!  accelerates the development of all athletes and their ability to increase performance through reaction-coordination-strength-power production-speed-quickness-change of direction and the mechanics needed to properly move without injury.

Preparing the athlete :

-Soft tissue prehab development

To assure that the athlete understands how to correctly warm up and stimulate the muscles to prevent any injuries throughout the current/upcoming season

 

-Motor skill performance prep

The athlete needs to understand how to move when he or she wants . All so often you will see young and sometimes older athletes have lack of coordination and response/reaction time. we will show how to get the mind and body firing on all cylinders with this phase . Controlled rhythm through the entire body is our focus here.

PERFORMANCE :

-Mechanical speed

We will break down our key points of speed and have an understanding on how and why all movements will 100% translate to the field of play. To help optimize your teams and yourselves performance each week

 

-Mechanical strength

They go through the necessary foundational movements for strength and explosiveness. This phase will directly impact the way your team maintains and progresses during the course of a season.

-Sport specific

This phase all athletes and camp participants will be thrown through a base of movements that will pertain to on field angles and positions that are repeatedly performed during all matches soccer specific.

RECOVERING the athlete :

-Recovery and Refresh

We’ll show all athletes how to properly and effectively

Take care of the body while understanding the importance of doing so within certain time frames not only after our sessions here at Realize Athletics but through the year, off season and more particular in season.

Motorskill Developmental youth class is the beginning stages of sports movement. Starting from the ground on up approach(pyramids longest standing structures on earth). Breaking down key fundamentals along with key points of speed as well. Our class is designed with age and skill in mind so make the work FUN! RESISTANCE -- USED TO BUILD DEVELOPING BODIES!!!  NOT WEIGHTS!

In speed and agility class , the athletes will start to understand game time movements by performing proper patterns, angles and positions to speed mechanics,resistance training  weightlifting, jumping, and conditioning as well as body weight movements to allow all off season training to translate to any field of play.   RESISTANCE -- USED TO BUILD DEVELOPING BODIES!!!  NOT WEIGHTS!!

Our TOP END SPEED & STRENGTH   training program is for more experienced athletes who have either gone through our prior programs, or who have had some prior experience with training at a high level. Foundation training is needed to prevent/avoid injury . This class is designed to include a more complex lifting structure , advanced pattern movement and far more intricate/difficult speed and agility techniques and drills

Each athlete will receive a tailored specific weight/resistance training program set to their position, skill and goals. Realize Athletics puts all athletes in the best possible position to produce the best product possible while exceed all expectations. RESISTANCE & WEIGHTS -- USED as foundation work has been completed!
